Job summary

Ardent Health Services in Tulsa, OK is seeking a day shift, full-time Cardiac Catheterization Lab Nursing Manager to lead clinical teams, oversee operations, staffing, scheduling, and quality initiatives in a busy lab environment.

You will partner with physicians and multidisciplinary leaders to advance patient care, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive improvements in throughput and patient experience across cath labs and related units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited school.
• Current RN license valid by the applicable State Board.
• BLS certification obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop clinical teams in the Cath Lab.
• Oversee departmental operations, staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Ensure excellence in quality, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and accreditation readiness.
• Partner closely with physicians and interdisciplinary stakeholders to enhance patient care and drive service line growth.
