Senior Associate | Healthcare Recruitment

Duration: 13 weeks (High possibility of extension)

Schedule: Night Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), 3x12 hrs/week, every other weekend

We are looking for a compassionate and driven Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) to join our Adolescent Residential Psychiatric and Behavioral Health team. This is your opportunity to lead with purpose, make an impact, and grow within a dynamic and supportive environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with the Nurse Manager to assess, plan, and implement nursing strategies.
  • Provide operational support, oversee staffing, and ensure top-tier patient care.
  • Mentor and guide front-line staff to elevate clinical competencies.
  • Lead quality improvement projects and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, employee recognition, and conflict resolution.
  • Optimize patient and family experiences and drive value-based care outcomes.
  • Participate in recruitment, orientation, and staff education initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years of recent nursing experience in Psychiatric/Behavioral Health or related specialty.
  • Supervisor or Charge Nurse experience is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; MSN preferred.
  • Current and valid New Jersey or Compact RN license.
  • BLS (AHA) certification required.
  • National certification in specialty (or willingness to obtain within 2 years).
  • Strong adaptability to changing patient needs.
  • Passion for teamwork, ongoing education, and delivering patient-focused care.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
