Sevita’s ResCare Community Living in the United States seeks an experienced RN to lead a team of LPNs and RNs, oversee nursing assessments, planning, and service coordination for individuals with developmental or behavioral needs. The role involves ensuring high-quality nursing care and staff supervision across programs.
The position requires strong clinical oversight, collaboration with the Medical Director, and active participation in intake and QA processes.

Leads team of nursing staff and provides nursing services, training, and support to address the medical or psychiatric needs of individuals with developmental disabilities, substance abuse issues and/or emotional or behavioral challenges. Provides oversight and coordination of Nursing Intake process, service plan, MDS, and other meetings related to nursing care of the individuals served.
