You will oversee MDS processes, care planning, infection control, and documentation while collaborating with physicians and teams to design individualized care plans. Requires RN licensure and strong management experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed nurse in good standing with the state board.
• Strong leadership and management experience.
• Background in geriatric or long-term care nursing.
• Embraces restorative care with strong assessment and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of nursing home regulations and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Support staffing needs and cover floor staffing as needed.
• Oversee resident care, including MDS, care planning, and infection control programs.
• Manage nursing staff: hire, train, evaluate, assign and delegate duties.
• Ensure accurate documentation of resident records.
• Develop individualized care plans with physicians and teams.
• Ensure access to equipment, supplies, and other resources.
• Uphold infection control measures and assessment protocols.
