Infinity Healthcare Consulting is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to support the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating nursing services. You will supervise the Nursing Department, ensure regulatory compliance, staffing, and effective communication with physicians, families, and the care team.

The role requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, and a commitment to elder care, with the ability to work on the floor when needed.

Formación

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of employment.
• Advanced education or experience in nursing management/administration.
• Ability to work with elders with empathy and professionalism.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, develop, organize, direct and evaluate Nursing Department services.
• Ensure adequate staffing levels through training and the personnel process.
• Communicate changes in residents' status to physicians and families.
• Maintain standards of care and regulatory compliance.
• Work on the floor when necessary and lead by example.
