Job summary

Winthrop Health & Rehab is seeking a nursing supervisor with RN licensure in Georgia. You will assist the Director of Nursing in directing and evaluating patient care, developing individualized plans, and coordinating rehabilitation activities within a nonprofit care center.

This role requires experience in geriatric and psychosocial nursing, leadership in a hospital or long-term care setting, and ability to work with interdepartmental teams. Competitive pay, benefits, and weekly pay offered.

Qualifications

• A RN nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• A Georgia RN License is required.

Responsibilities

• Assists Director of Nursing with directing, evaluating, and supervising patient care and initiates corrective action as necessary.
• Assists Director of Nursing with assessing patient care needs and developing individualized plans of patient care.
• Assists Director of Nursing with coordinating care planning and ensuring quality assurance and infection control programs.
