Diversicare in Mississippi is seeking an experienced RN to step into the role of Assistant Director of Nursing. You will lead the nursing staff, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee scheduling and training, and drive quality improvement across resident care.

The position requires an active RN license, at least three years of nursing experience with a year in supervision, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Current RN license issued by the State Board of Nursing.
• Minimum of three years of nursing experience with at least one year in a supervisory role.
