The position requires an Illinois RN license and a four-year college education with nursing coursework, plus leadership experience.

Qualifications

Requires RN license in Illinois.
Four years of college with nursing coursework.
Three years of professional nursing experience in a public or business organization.

Responsibilities

Serves as the Assistant Director of Nursing for the Fox Developmental Center.
Serves as full-line supervisor.
Conducts on-site audits of each living unit and nursing station.
Assists in developing, implementing and maintaining in-service training for nurses and technicians.
Conducts regular meetings with staff and supervisory personnel.
On a rotating basis, serves as Administrator of the Day for the facility.
Performs other duties within the scope of nursing leadership.
