Position Overview

Certified Nursing Assistant – Acute Care Unit (ACU) located on 3OP at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. Under the direction of the Unit Manager or designee, you will assist professional nursing personnel in providing patient care, performing related duties as assigned. Serve patients from newborns to geriatrics.

Shift Details

Full‑time, 36 hours weekly, variable shift schedule.

Required Qualifications

• Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire
• National Provider BLS — American Heart Association certification upon hire

Preferred Qualifications

• Completion of a formal Certified Nursing Assistant program
• 1 year of experience in a patient care setting

Compensation and Benefits

Base pay range: $21.17 – $32.87 per hour. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, and bonus opportunities.
