Mass Digital Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Alton, IL, offering a flexible schedule and pay rates of $41-$49/hour. Ideal candidates will possess a current LPN license, have completed an approved nursing program, and have at least 6 months of relevant experience.

This role includes responsibilities such as monitoring patient wellbeing, administering medications, and contributing to a comfortable environment for residents. Eligible candidates enjoy various benefits, including health insurance and a 401k plan.

Job Responsibilities

• Delivering post-acute care as an LPN
• Monitoring the physical and mental wellbeing of residents and tracking their vital signs
• Performing intakes of residents and documenting their health concerns and medical histories
• Reviewing the medical records and charts of residents
• Properly administering (and verifying) medications
• Helping to maintain appropriate levels of medical supplies
• Contributing to a safe, comfortable environment for residents
• Assisting with IV set up, vaccinations, and phlebotomies
• Being accountable to follow and adhere to care plans for residents
• Helping medical staff with orientation and training

Qualifications and Skills
