Job summary

Mass Digital Health is seeking a CNA or Nursing Assistant in Quincy, MA to perform delegated patient activities as assigned by licensed nursing personnel. Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school education or equivalent. Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Certified Nursing Assistant are required, along with effective communication skills.

The ideal candidate will possess strong patient care experience and knowledge of medical terminology. The role follows a first shift schedule from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Qualifications

Shift: First Shift (United States) – 40 hrs/week, Monday-Friday 8am – 5pm.

CNA Responsibilities

Perform delegated patient activities as assigned by licensed nursing personnel to achieve patients’ plan of care.

CNA Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Certified Nursing Assistant certification in the state of Nebraska.
• Effective communication skills.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification endorsed by the American Heart Association (AHA) upon completion of unit orientation.
• Based on department need, Medication Aide certification and completion of an Injectables course may be required after hire in outpatient settings.

CNA Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of computer data entry and word processing.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology.

• Based on department need, Medication Aide certification and completion of an Injectables course may be required after hire in outpatient settings.

Nursing Assistant Preferred Qualifications
