Mass Digital Health is seeking a temporary Float RN in Quincy, MA. This position requires providing ECMO support for various patient populations and involves maintaining compliance with critical operational standards.

This is a temporary Float RN position within the Central Staffing Resource Department (CSR) and ECMO. Wage: $55.00/hr base rate, with shift differentials: Evening $5.00/hr, Night $3.00/hr, Weekend $5.00/hr.
This temporary position may meet eligibility requirements for health‑care benefits. These positions do not qualify for UMHS benefits and specific terms and conditions of employment are negotiated at the department level. They are not covered under the collective bargaining agreement between the U‑M and the Michigan Nurses Association and the U‑M Professional Nurse Council union.
Work schedule: 12‑hour shifts (day/night). Expected to float to units where competent and qualified. Variable shifts. No weekend requirement, but weekend scheduling possible. Work hours may be cancelled. No guarantee of work at any time.
Temporary Float Nurses are required to attend an annual educational Blitz to complete required UM mandatories and competencies (BCLS every 2yrs, Cardiac Arrest, etc.). They are expected to work all shifts requested unless no work is available.
Background screening and pre‑employment drug testing will be performed upon acceptance of a contingent job offer and may use a third‑party administrator.
