Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Active Florida RN license that has never been encumbered.
• 1 year clinical RN experience; 2+ years preferred.
• Teaching/training experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, presentation and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses in multiple modalities while aligning with Rasmussen University's vision and mission.
• Teach 4.5–5.5 work units per quarter, equating to a full-time schedule.
• Engage students with activities, community building, and student-centered learning including synchronous sessions.
• Contribute to curriculum development and assessment for their area of expertise.
• Collaborate with the Nursing Administrator and Dean; attend program meetings and committees as assigned.
