Job summary

Concorde Career Colleges, Inc. is seeking a Full-time Nursing Instructor for the LVPN Program in Colorado. The role requires a BSN, an active Colorado RN license, and clinical nursing experience to teach didactic and clinical courses in classrooms, labs, and online components.

You will develop curriculum, assess student progress, and provide feedback while maintaining safety and industry standards. A 40-hour Monday–Friday work week and engaging, hands-on instruction are expected.

Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Active and unencumbered RN license to practice in Colorado.
• Minimum of 3 years clinical nursing experience.
• Experience in didactic and clinical instruction.

Responsibilities

• Organize and deliver class objectives clearly.
• Foster safe and controlled learning environments in classrooms and labs.
• Maintain curriculum accuracy with up-to-date industry standards.
• Evaluate student performance through assignments, exams, and practicals.
• Provide feedback and support to help students achieve success.
• Identify at-risk students and develop individualized success plans.
