Role Description The Nursing Instructor is a part-time, on-site role located in Butler, PA. This position is responsible for teaching nursing courses, leading classroom and clinical instruction, and supporting learner-centered educational experiences aligned with BC3’s curriculum and accreditation standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, delivering lectures, facilitating skills labs, supervising students in clinical settings, assessing student performance, and providing timely feedback. The Nursing Instructor collaborates with colleagues to review and refine course content, maintains accurate records of student progress, and participates in departmental meetings as needed. The role includes supporting student success through academic advising, mentoring, and upholding current professional and ethical standards in nursing practice and education.
