What You'll Do

• Apply your clinical knowledge to evaluate and improve AI-generated content related to nursing workflows, EHR systems, and healthcare documentation


• Review AI outputs for clinical accuracy, safety, and alignment with real-world nursing practice


• Identify gaps, errors, or unrealistic assumptions in AI-generated clinical scenarios and recommend corrections


• Translate complex nursing workflows and informatics concepts into clear, structured feedback for AI training teams


• Assess how well AI systems represent EHR interactions, clinical decision-making, and documentation standards


• Work independently and asynchronously - on a schedule that fits your life

Who You Are

• Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background with experience in clinical informatics or health IT


• Hands-on experience working with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms


• Strong ability to analyze clinical workflows and identify where documentation or system design falls short


• Clear, structured written communication skills


• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and patient safety standards


• No prior AI experience required - your clinical expertise is what matters

Nice to Have

• Background in nursing informatics, clinical data analysis, or health IT implementation


• Experience with data annotation, quality review, or evaluation systems


• Familiarity with AI tools or language model applications in healthcare


• Credentials such as ANCC Nursing Informatics Certification (RN-BC)
