Qualifications

What You'll Do

• Apply your clinical nursing knowledge to evaluate and improve AI-generated content related to healthcare workflows, EHR systems, and patient documentation
• Identify inaccuracies, gaps, or unrealistic scenarios in AI outputs related to nursing informatics
• Translate real-world nursing workflows and clinical needs into structured, actionable feedback for AI training teams
• Assess clinical data and documentation quality to flag areas where AI reasoning falls short
• Provide expert judgment on EHR usability, clinical decision support, and nursing practice standards
• Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments

Who You Are

• Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background with experience in clinical informatics or health IT
• Hands‑on experience working with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms
• Strong ability to analyze clinical workflows and documentation practices
• Comfortable providing detailed, structured written feedbackSelf‑motivated and able to work independently on a flexible schedule
• No prior AI experience required — your clinical expertise is what matters

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or evaluation workflows
• Background in clinical education, quality improvement, or health informatics leadership
