Astrya Global Medical Staffing is hiring a Home Health professional for a 13-week temporary assignment in Cody, Wyoming. The schedule is 7:00 PM–7:00 AM, four nights per week, with potential extension based on facility needs.

The role involves providing standard nursing care in a long-term care setting, serving as charge nurse when needed, and ensuring compliance documentation is submitted 5 business days prior to start date. licensure must be maintained and a 100-mile radius rule adhered to.

Responsibilities

• Provide standard nursing care in a long-term care (LTCC) setting
• Work across 2 floors with the possibility of floating between them
• Serve as charge nurse for assigned unit as needed
• Adhere to all facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
• Ensure all compliance documentation is submitted 5 business days prior to start date
• Maintain current and valid state licensure throughout the assignment
• Comply with the 100-mile radius rule regarding permanent address distance from facility
• Start assignment on time as confirmed per scheduling agreement
