Responsibilities

• Follow therapeutic diets ordered by physicians.
• Ensure proper serving temperature of food.
• Maintain visual appeal of food.
• Monitor daily nourishments and follow standardized recipes.
• Ensure proper portion control.
• Adhere to sanitation and storage policy and procedure.
• Perform other duties assigned by the manager.
