BCG Attorney Search in West Palm Beach, FL seeks an experienced Nursing Home Attorney to manage a complex caseload spanning pre-litigation, litigation, trial preparation, and trial proceedings.

The ideal candidate has a Florida Bar license, 4+ years in personal injury or medical malpractice, excellent communication and writing skills, and the ability to handle high-volume cases from intake to trial.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited institution.
• Active Florida State Bar in good standing.
• Minimum of 4 years of personal injury experience, preferably in medical malpractice or nursing home matters.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Self-starter with long-term career goals.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.
