Job summary

Supplied Talent in Colorado seeks an experienced and licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead day-to-day operations at a rural SNF. You will provide strategic and operational leadership across all facility departments, ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and a positive culture for residents and staff.

The ideal candidate has CMS, PDPM and state survey experience, a hands-on leadership style, and at least two years as an NHA.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado NHA license or ability to obtain reciprocity
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a licensed Nursing Home Administrator
• Strong working knowledge of CMS regulations, PDPM, and state survey process
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and drive census growth
• Experience in rural or community-based SNF settings preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of facility operations including clinical, financial, and administrative functions
• Ensure full compliance with state and federal regulations (CDPHE, CMS)
• Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and frontline staff
• Manage budgets, census development, and payer mix optimization
