Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and an active NHA license, with 3+ years of post-acute care experience; ACHCA certification is preferred for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Nursing Home Administrator license.
• Three (3) or more years of post-acute care experience (Skilled Nursing).
• Certification with ACHCA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all facility operations and lead facility associates.
• Manage budget, finances, HR, and clinical operations.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and Life Care standards.
