Qualifications

Nursing Home Administrator / NHA (Relocate to PNW)

Join Caldera Care as a Nursing Home Administrator / NHA in the Pacific Northwest (WA, OR, ID). We are offering relocation assistance!

At Caldera Care, we are committed to our staff and communities, providing excellent care for residents and fostering a positive environment for our team. We are seeking experienced NHAs to join our team and help us continue this mission.

Responsibilities include:
  • Supervising staff, managing attendance and disciplinary actions
  • Handling accounts receivable functions
  • Participating in QAPI processes and managing PIPs
  • Maximizing revenue, including ancillary revenue
  • Labor and workforce planning to meet federal staffing requirements
  • Managing Resident Trust accounts and safety programs
  • Ensuring compliance with federal regulations such as HIPAA and Resident Rights
Requirements:
  • Valid WA NHA license
  • Prior experience as an Administrator preferred
  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
