Job summary

Luxor Healthcare is seeking an Executive Director (LNHA)/Nursing Home Administrator for its Missouri facilities. This full-time exempt role oversees overall operations, regulatory adherence, financial performance, and resident satisfaction, reporting to executive leadership.

The ideal candidate will hold an active LNHA license in Missouri with a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration (Master’s preferred) and demonstrated leadership across clinical, financial, and administrative

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in Missouri.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (Healthcare Administration or related field preferred).
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all aspects of facility operations including clinical, financial, and administrative functions
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing skilled nursing facilities
• Lead quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
• Manage staffing, budgeting, and operational efficiency
• Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and compassionate resident-centered care
• Implement company policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory standards
• Drive census growth, customer satisfaction, and community engagement
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and oversight to department heads and interdisciplinary teams
