Clearbrook Wellness Center is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to lead operations for a high-quality elder care facility in Florida. You will oversee clinical care, staff development, admissions and community relations, while driving regulatory compliance and continuous quality improvement.

Ideal candidates hold an active NHA license with 3+ years in healthcare management, and possess strong leadership, budgeting, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active Nursing Home Administrator license.
• 3+ years in healthcare management.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in healthcare admin, nursing, or related field.
• Knowledge of federal and state nursing home regulations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience managing operating expenses of $1M+ annually.
• Sales or business development experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall facility operations including clinical care, resident/family relations and staff development.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local nursing home regulations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders to ensure quality care.
• Identify improvement areas and implement action plans.
• Manage annual facility budget, review financial statements and expenses.
• Foster effective communication with residents, families and stakeholders.
• Maintain a positive culture, teamwork and collaboration.
• Ensure resident and family satisfaction with care and services.
• Coordinate with medical personnel to ensure high standards of care.
• Develop and implement policies governing facility operations.
• Hire, train and manage staff to deliver care.
• Manage budgets to maintain financial stability and service quality.
• Engage residents and families to ensure comfort and satisfaction.
• Oversee admissions and discharges per state/federal rules.
• Implement quality improvement and risk management programs.
• Ensure compliance with all legal/regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with community groups and healthcare providers.
• Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming facility.
