The administrator will manage clinical services integrated with business plans, drive financial performance, occupancy, and staff development, and maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Nursing Home Administrator in a skilled nursing facility.
• Massachusetts Nursing Home Administrator license required.
• Strong communication with internal and external customers.
• Ability to develop and implement marketing plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management and day to day operations of the facility.
• Fiscal management through census development, cost controls, and stringent receivable collection.
• Participate in marketing activities while co-developing and implementing a marketing plan that achieves the financial goals and maintains high occupancy and premium case-mix through marketing strategies.
• Provide a positive work environment for staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.
• We seek the following principal qualifications: - Experience as Nursing Home Administrator in a skilled nursing facility.
• Administrator’s license in the state of Massachusetts is required
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
