Job summary

Bourne Manor, part of Integritus Healthcare, seeks a seasoned administrator to lead operations for the long-term care facility. The role directs programs, policies, and staff to ensure quality care and regulatory compliance in a collaborative environment.

The incumbent will oversee budgeting, performance evaluations, and liaison activities with governing bodies, families, and government agencies, while maintaining a positive, compliant facility culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; health-related degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience at an executive/supervisory level.
• Must possess an unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator's license or meet licensure requirements of the state.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the facility's programs and activities.
• Develop and maintain written policies and procedures governing operation and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Assist department directors in performance evaluations and in policy development.
• Ensure staff conduct, safety, and adherence to regulations; represent facility at top-level meetings.
• Prepare annual operating budgets and maintain accounting systems; review monthly financial statements.

Education
