Diversicare of Greensboro in Alabama is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our Demopolis area center. You will direct operations, uphold quality of care, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive financial performance while delivering an exceptional resident family experience.

You will build a strong leadership team, engage with the community, and pursue a 5-star rating through strategic initiatives and staff development.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing Home Administrator License
• Experience in the Post-Acute Care setting
• Demonstrated ability to manage team performance in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to utilize strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, and financial analysis.
• Must be able to work flexible hours based on the needs of the center.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the patient and resident is at the center of every decision
• Ensure compliance with State and Federal Regulations
• Ensure all elements of the Diversicare culture are embedded in the daily operations of the center
• Ensure effective stewardship is in place to meet budgetary commitments
• Develop an effective business plan designed to meet community and marketplace needs
• Ensure that quality care and services is provided to all patients, residents and that it meets the satisfaction of the patient, resident, family, physicians and other partners
