Ware Presbyterian Village in Oxford, PA is seeking a Nursing Home Administrator to lead its health center operations in line with Presbyterian Homes, Inc. policies and all applicable regulations.

You will ensure quality of care, resident rights, staffing effectiveness, and fiscal stability across the community. The role requires licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator (or ability to obtain), and preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree and prior long-term care leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Active Nursing Home Administrator licensure or eligibility required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of federal, state and local regulations.
• Prior leadership and long-term care experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Meet or exceed occupancy and mix goals.
• Ensure highest quality of care for residents.
• Direct, coordinate and supervise all health center activities.
• Collaborate on annual budget and fiscal targets.
• Develop relationships with residents, families, staff and visitors.
• Make recruitment recommendations and decisions.
• Supervise staff and conduct performance evaluations.
• Act as liaison between the community and outside agencies.
• Maintain records and reports per regulations.
• Promote quality improvement initiatives.
