Diversicare is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead a center with a focus on patient-centered care, regulatory compliance, and financial stewardship. This role oversees operations, strives for a 5-star rating, and emphasizes community relations and high-quality care.

The administrator will drive team performance, manage budgetary commitments, and develop business plans to meet community needs while upholding Diversicare culture and patient satisfaction.

Formación

• Current Nursing Home Administrator License
• Experience in the Post-Acute Care setting
• Demonstrated ability to manage team performance in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to utilize strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, and financial analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the patient and resident is at the center of every decision
• Ensure compliance with State and Federal Regulations
• Ensure all elements of the Diversicare culture are embedded in the daily operations of the center
• Ensure effective stewardship is in place to meet budgetary commitments
• Develop an effective business plan designed to meet community and marketplace needs
• Ensure that quality care and services is provided to all patients, residents and that it meets the satisfaction of the patient, resident, family, physicians and other partners
