Qualifications

• Current Nursing Home Administrator License.
• 2 years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care, or related setting.
• Knowledge of applicable federal and state regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, financial management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the facility.
• Lead, develop, and support department managers and staff.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Drive quality outcomes and resident satisfaction.
