The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, mentor staff, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance across local, state, and federal levels. This role requires Utah NHA/NFA licensure and a Bachelor's in Healthcare Administration or Business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of successful SNF Administrator experience
• Strong attention to detail and financial management capability
• Active Utah NFA/NHA license in good standing
• Bachelor's degree (Healthcare Administration or Business preferred)
• A genuine, people-first leadership approach

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations while keeping the facility aligned with long-term goals
• Build a culture where employees want to work and residents receive consistent, high-quality care
• Lead clinical, department, and support teams to ensure strong communication and execution
• Manage staffing: hiring, coaching, performance management, and difficult decisions when needed
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
• Partner with clinical leadership to ensure care plans are followed and outcomes are achieved
• Support ongoing training focused on safety, compliance, and performance
• Develop and manage a sustainable operating budget
• Serve as the face of the facility with residents, families, referral sources, and the community
