Job summary

MediLodge of Okemos is seeking an Assistant Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (ANHA) to support daily operations and work with the facility administrator to ensure compliant, high-quality care. This on-site role focuses on staff leadership, budget adherence, and regulatory compliance in a long-term care setting.

The position requires a BS in health care administration or related field, with RN preferred, and experience in a licensed nursing home administration context.

Qualifications

• Education as listed: BS in health care administration, business administration, finance, clinical specialty, or equivalent LTC experience.
• RN preferred as an additional qualification.

Responsibilities

• Leads planning to develop goals for quality care, employee retention and financial performance.
• Directs hiring and training of personnel to ensure orientation and ongoing training.
• Directs and guides activities of clinical, administrative and service departments.
• Implements control systems to ensure accountability of all departments.
• Represents facility at community meetings and promotes programs.
