Job summary

Evergreen Healthcare Group in Seattle, WA, seeks a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to oversee operations of a skilled nursing center, driving performance and quality of care. The NHA will partner with the Director of Nursing, manage finances, HR, and regulatory compliance, while building a strong culture of accountability and compassion.

This is a high-acuity setting requiring strong leadership and strategic operations management.

Qualifications

• Financial management experience for healthcare facilities.
• Quality management and performance improvement knowledge.
• HR management including staffing, labor laws, and training.
• Physical plant oversight and safety compliance.
• Marketing and community relations to build referrals and partnerships.
• Familiarity with state and federal nursing center rules and laws.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with staff and customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance of the facility including budgeting and cost control.

Nursing Home Administrator (NHA)

JOB SUMMARY:

Evergreen Healthcare Group is currently seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator that possesses an intuitive, flexible, and entrepreneurial spirit to oversee the operations of one of our skilled nursing centers in Seattle, WA. A as a Nursing Home Administrator, you are responsible for the overall management of the facility.

This is one of our more complex centers as it is one of the higher-acuity SNFs in Seattle, so there are a lot of moving pieces operationally making it a HIGH profile, HIGH impact opportunity. We need a strong Administrator who can lead the team, create accountability and culture, and run the business side of the building while partnering closely with the DON.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Familiarity with State Nursing Center rules and regulations, and applicable Federal and State laws.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for communicating with Center staff and customers.

EDUCATION, LICENSURE, AND EXPERIENCE:

• Required: Licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in Washington

• Preferred: Two years’ experience as an NHA
