Grove Manor is seeking an experienced and compassionate Nursing Home Administrator to provide strategic leadership and oversee the daily operations of our skilled nursing facility. This highly visible role offers the opportunity to shape a resident-centered culture, support a dedicated team, and ensure residents receive the highest standards of care and service.

The Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for all aspects of facility operations, including regulatory compliance, clinical service delivery, staffing, employee relations, budgeting, financial performance, safety, training, and quality improvement. This leader will guide department directors, establish clear performance expectations, monitor operational outcomes, and implement effective solutions when opportunities for improvement are identified.

The ideal candidate will build positive relationships with residents, families, employees, physicians, referral partners, regulators, and the surrounding community. They will foster teamwork, promote accountability, maintain a safe and welcoming environment, and represent the facility with professionalism, integrity, and compassion.

Candidates must hold an active PA Nursing Home Administrator license and have at least two years of nursing home experience.
