Greenfield Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Greenfield, OH, seeks a dynamic Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality metrics in a patient-centered facility.

Ideal candidate has a proven track record in fiscal management, census development, and team building, with Ohio licensure and willingness to relocate if needed. The role is in person and located in Ohio.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of prior experience as Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
• Must hold Ohio Nursing Home Administrator License.

Job description

Greenfield Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center a 50 bed facility located in the Greenfield, Ohio is in search of a dynamic, energetic, positive individual to fill the role of Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.

Ideal Candidate will have at least three (2) years prior experience as Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, with proven leadership skills and a successful track record in the skilled nursing industry. Candidate will have a strong background in fiscal management, ability to oversee day to day facility operations, knowledge of both state and federal regulations, aggressive management of census, and a proven track record in team building. Candidate will need to be able to demonstrate history of effective leadership in challenging environments and ability to be an agent of change.
