We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our small rural nursing home in Fowler, Ohio. About the Role:
- As our Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing home, including managing staff, coordinating services, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- With your successful recruiting background, you'll be expected to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent to our facility.
- Your marketing expertise will be essential in driving census growth and promoting our facility to the local community.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of our 50-bed nursing home, ensuring seamless delivery of care and services to our residents.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Design and execute marketing campaigns to drive census growth and promote our facility to the local community.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain a high level of quality care in our facility.
- Collaborate with our team to achieve facility goals and objectives.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.

Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator in the State of Ohio
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong background in recruiting, marketing, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
