OnShift, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to oversee operations at our nursing facility. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the culture and make a meaningful impact daily while ensuring regulatory compliance and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and management of the nursing facility.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
• Monitor resident care and satisfaction, including performing daily facility rounds.
• Lead and develop a positive, high-performing work culture.
• Manage census development, accounts receivable, and collections.
• Implement and enforce facility policies and procedures.
• Foster collaboration across all departments to ensure quality care and efficient operations.
• Address resident, family, and staff concerns with professionalism.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by governing board or corporate leadership.
