Tompkins Cortland Community College is seeking an Adjunct Faculty member in Nursing/Health for Fall 2026 to instruct HLTH111 and HLTH112 in Dryden, NY. The position is adjunct, non-renewable, with classes taught in person or asynchronously.

The role includes developing syllabi, using the LMS, and maintaining standards as described in the Teaching Manual. HLTH111 covers clinical skills and office management concepts; HLTH112 requires at least 90 hours of hands-on practicum in a healthcare

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in health or closely aligned field requested.
• Extensive clinical or clinical-education experience required.
• Experience teaching in higher education preferred.

• Create, submit, and follow a syllabus that aligns with the course Master Course Syllabus
• Use the Learning Management System to provide course materials to students
• Be available to students through office hours, timely grading, and responsive communication
• Read and abide by the policies listed in the Teaching Manual
• Submit all records by their respective deadline, including progress reports, student concerns notices, and grades
• Understand and enact mission and values of TC3, and the equity, diversity, justice and inclusion plan.
