Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center offers a structured RN residency program to support graduates transitioning to registered nurse roles. Under the guidance of an RN preceptor, you will gain hands-on, patient-centered experience in a learning environment designed to build confidence and competence for increasingly complex care needs.

The program anticipates licensure within 60 days of starting and is open to ASN and BSN May 2027 graduates, as well as December 2026 graduates or earlier

Formación

• Full, unrestricted RN license must be obtained within 60 days of starting the program.
• Open to ASN and BSN May 2027 graduates; December 2026 graduates, or prior without any RN experience, may apply as well.

Responsabilidades

• Under the direct supervision of an RN preceptor, gain hands-on experience in a supportive learning environment focused on developing the ability to provide safe, effective care for increasingly complex patients.
• Prepare to assume full RN responsibilities once licensure is obtained.
• Support your transition from Graduate to Registered Nurse within Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center.

This preceptor/graduate partnership is designed to prepare you for full RN responsibilities once licensure is obtained.

Our goal is simple: prepare you to successfully step into a full Registered Nurse role within our health system once you obtain your RN license.
