Qualifications

• MSN from an accredited program.

• Minimum of two years of direct clinical nursing practice.
• Demonstrated ability to teach or precept in clinical, lab, or classroom settings.
• Ability to meet clinical facility health and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Teach didactic nursing courses using a flipped classroom model with weekly modules and exams.
• Teach and supervise skills labs, simulations, and competency validation.
• Supervise student clinical rotations and provide ongoing feedback and remediation.
• Advise and mentor students and participate in CCNE accreditation activities.
