Arizona College of Nursing seeks a Master’s and/or Doctorate-prepared nursing professional to join our team as Full-Time Nursing Faculty on the new Greenville, SC campus. This is an on-site, in-person teaching role focusing on didactic, clinical, and lab instruction to shape the next generation of nurses.
The role requires a graduate nursing degree and RN licensure with teaching experience. Competitive pay, PTO, health benefits, and 401(k) with company match are provided.
Competenze
- Graduate degree required; nursing education or related advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years’ professional RN experience providing direct patient care.
- Previous teaching in a nursing program is preferred; active nursing license required.
- Maintains competency through continuing education and professional activities.
Mansioni
- Instruct and evaluate students to meet course objectives and program outcomes.
- Lead simulation experiences and participate in curriculum design and evaluation.
- Teach didactic, clinical, and lab components with emphasis on nursing education.
- Provide mentorship to faculty, adjuncts, and students; support student success plans.
- Maintain records of student performance and participate in program governance.
