Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing or BSN with progress toward a graduate degree in nursing.
• Active Registered Nurse license.

Responsibilities

• Teaches undergraduate courses appropriate to appointment.
• Plans and conducts classes to create an effective learning environment.
• Compiles, administers and evaluates examinations and assignments.
• Serve as academic advisor to students in the Lecturer/Senior Lecturer's discipline.
• Maintains required office hours and punctuality.
• Available to teach classes at night and off-campus.
• Attends graduation and participates in faculty committees.
• Supports student activities and provides expertise to colleagues and community.
