Job summary

Front Range Community College in Westminster, CO seeks a full-time Nursing Faculty member to teach a full course load across theory, lab, and clinical settings, with emphasis on instructional leadership.

You will mentor part-time instructors, implement new teaching technologies, develop curricula, advise students, and participate in program reviews and accreditation processes. A strong on-campus presence is required, with occasional travel to FRCC campuses.

Qualifications

• Must hold a graduate degree in nursing from an accredited program.
• Two years of full-time or equivalent professional nursing clinical experience within the last five years.
• Current unencumbered RN license in Colorado or a Compact State.
• CTE credential or ability to obtain within one year to teach.

Responsibilities

• Teach a full course load in Nursing, including theory, laboratory and clinical settings.
• Assume instructional leadership roles such as mentoring part-time instructors and curriculum development.
• Engage with industry or community groups and participate in program review and accreditation processes.
• Advise and coach students and participate in college and departmental committees.
• Be available for on-campus presence and possible travel to FRCC campuses.
