St. Catherine University invites applications for a full-time Assistant Professor of Nursing, BSN College for Adults (Hybrid/Evening/Weekend). The faculty member will teach theory and clinicals to BSN students, advise and participate in committee work, and support program outcomes in a Catholic university setting.

The role requires a master's in nursing and MN RN licensure; a doctoral degree is preferred. The salary range is $68,730 to $74,500 with standard University benefits and a commitment

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing.
• Current and unencumbered RN license in Minnesota.
• Doctoral degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach theory and clinicals to BSN students.
• Advise students and participate in committee work.
• Assess learning outcomes and design curricular content.
• Evaluate student performance and provide timely feedback.
• Recruitment, orientation, and advising activities.
