Reporting to the Associate Dean of Nursing Academics or Chair, you will deliver designated courses, provide timely feedback, and participate in assessment activities. A Master’s in Nursing and an active RN license are required, with additional teaching experience

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing and active RN license.
• Experience teaching nursing courses and assessing student learning outcomes.
• Ability to design, update, and deliver course materials and syllabi.
• Familiarity with accreditation goals and university policies.

Responsibilities

• Fulfills assigned teaching load for nursing courses.
• Provides timely feedback, grades, and student Advising.
• Engages in assessment activities to improve curriculum and outcomes.
• Mentors students and participates in scholarly activities.
• Collaborates with department to ensure quality and compliance with policies.
