Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer to lead nursing services across the organization. This executive role ensures safe, high-quality, person-centered care while directing workforce strategy, clinical practice, and financial performance.

As a member of the executive team, you will collaborate with the CEO, Board, and interdisciplinary leaders to drive patient safety, quality improvement, and operational excellence across the continuum of care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a BSN and an active RN license in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field required (or within three years of hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for all nursing services and workforce planning.
• Oversee staffing models, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Lead recruitment, retention, professional development, and performance management of nursing staff.
• Monitor clinical, operational, and patient experience data to drive improvements.
