Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a nursing educator to plan, deliver, and assess instructional outcomes at our Wisconsin campus. The role emphasizes engaging teaching methods and meticulous record-keeping to support student success.

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Nursing or BSN pursuing MSN.
Two years of direct occupational work experience, including at least one year within the last five years.
Must meet requirements of appropriate accrediting agencies.
Wisconsin Nursing licensure required.
Caregiver Background Check required before clinical agencies.
Ability to move around campus and lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver instruction and assessment of learning outcomes.
Utilize engaging instructional strategies that foster student success.
Maintain accurate student records and communication.
Advise and mentor students toward learning and career goals.
Remain accessible to students outside scheduled classroom time.
Provide educational leadership and collaborate with faculty, administration, and campus support staff.
Maintain compliance with Faculty Quality Assurance System requirements and state licensure.
