An educational institution in nursing seeks a Faculty Member responsible for delivering quality education services. The position involves engaging students, fostering learning, and adhering to accreditation standards. Candidates must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in nursing, possess an active RN license, and have strong communication and teaching skills. The faculty will also manage student learning outcomes and ensure a supportive learning environment. Additional responsibilities include course preparation and compliance with institutional policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of related practical work experience in nursing.
• Current unencumbered RN or APRN license issued by Florida Department of Health.
• Minimum of a BSN from an accredited nursing program.

Responsabilités

• Deliver course lectures and facilitate labs/clinical rotations.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback.
• Participate in accreditation activities.
• Enforce campus policies and maintain classroom.

Formation
