Job summary

Lincoln Tech is seeking MSN registered nurses to teach in our Practical Nursing program. No teaching experience is required; we will provide you with the training needed to become a successful Nursing Educator.

Responsibilities include delivering nursing curriculum in classroom and clinical sites, supervising students, and evaluating learning outcomes. Requires MSN, NJ RN license, 3+ years clinical experience, and proficiency with technology; experience in Med-Surg or long-term care is a plus.

Qualifications

• MSN required.
• Active RN license in New Jersey.
• 3+ years of recent clinical experience.
• Experience in Med-Surg or Long-Term Care.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and deliver nursing curriculum in the classroom and/or clinical sites.
• Supervise students and demonstrate hands-on patient care at nursing clinical sites.
• Teach nursing techniques and provide practice to develop skill proficiency.
• Evaluate learning outcomes of students and maintain accurate student records.
• Prepare students for a career in nursing.
